The Wildest Dream is a documentary film which tells the intersecting stories of George Mallory, the first man to attempt a summit of Mount Everest, and Conrad Anker, the mountaineer who finds Mallory’s frozen remains 75 years later. The UK premiere was recently held at the BFI IMAX in London where Berghaus athlete Leo Houlding, who stars in the film as Sandy Irvine, arrived in appropriate style by abseiling onto the red carpet.

If modern British adventure has a face, it looks a lot like Leo Houlding. Based in the Lake District, UK, he is one of Britain's top climbers and among the best in the world. He is a veteran of a score of epic ascents, including Everest, but specialises in free climbing the most technical peaks and biggest walls in the world.
